At Gamebag, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by misuse, or alterations are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at gamebagllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges and Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

90-Day Electronics Warranty

Gamebag includes a 90-day warranty on all electronic components, including the Bluetooth speakers, charging port, and power bank.

If any electronic component stops working or breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will replace the electronic part at no cost to you. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and normal use.

Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, unauthorized modifications, or accidents is not covered.

To request a warranty replacement, please email gamebagllc@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video if possible.
