At Gamebag, we stand behind the quality of our products. That’s why every Gamebag comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered:

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Faulty zippers, seams, or straps

Malfunctioning or broken speakers 

Malfunctioning or broken charging port or power pack

What’s Not Covered:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Modifications or unauthorized repairs

Water damage or overloading

If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, contact us at gamebagllc@gmail.com with proof of purchase, a photograph of the issue, and a description of the problem. We’ll repair or replace your Gamebag at no cost to you.

Our promise: We built the Gamebag to work hard — just like you. If it doesn’t hold up, we’ll make it right.
